What is the check-in time?

Check-in time is from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

If you arrive before 1pm and the room is available, you can occupy it. If it isn’t already, you can leave your luggage and come back later to pick up the key.

If you are going to arrive later than 8:00 PM, you must notify us in advance, otherwise we will understand that you are not interested in the reservation.

What is the check out time?

You have the room until 12.00 on the day of departure.

Is there a possibility of late check out?

Yes, it has a supplement of € 15 and is subject to availability. If you hire it, you will have the room until 18.00 on the day of departure.

If you are interested in late check-out, it is preferable that you notify us in advance.


Where is the hotel?

We are located just behind the main square, which is the center of the town. You will find us going down the stairs next to the Town Hall.

Where can I park the car?

It is preferable that you do not enter the street of the hotel with the car, since it is a quite narrow street and has no exit (and we do not want you to take a ‘souvenir’ of Chulilla in your car). There are several parkings located at the entrance and exit of the town, you can see them on this map.

What days is the restaurant open?

The restaurant is open to the public on weekends and festivities. During the week there is the possibility of hiring half board (dinner), but if you are interested, you have to book a day in advance as a maximum, since we only give dinners in case any room requests it (and we rest two nights a week).

Do I have a table reserved just for staying at the hotel?

No, our restaurant is small and we are open to the public. If you are interested in lunch or dinner, it is preferable that you book a table.

Reservations and cancellation policy

How can I make the reservation through you?

You can do it through the contact form on this website, by email or by phone. We ask for 25% (on important festivities it will be 50%) of the total stay in advance, we will send you an account number to make the transfer, or you can provide us with a card number and we will make the charge.

What is the cancellation policy?

We return the money you have already paid (25% of the total stay) if the cancellation occurs up to 7 days before the arrival date, otherwise we will not return the money.

Can I pay by card at your establishment?

Yes, but you should bear in mind that in Chulilla there is no bank or ATM (the closest one is 12km away) and some of the shops and bars only accept cash payments.

Other questions

From what age do children pay?

A child under 6 years old can stay for free, as long as they occupy the existing beds in the room. In this case, the child’s breakfast is not included, if you want to contract, it costs € 5.

There is the possibility of adding an extra bed, it has an additional cost of € 20.

Do you accept pets?

No, we are sorry.

Are there common areas?

No, we are a very small hotel.
