to El Pozo, a small hotel located in Chulilla; small town in the region of La Serranía del Túria, nestled in the gorges of this river and crowned by an imposing castle of Islamic origin, which stands out for its vertical urban planning punctuated by white houses and narrow streets.
We are Violeta and Carlos, the second generation that takes up this family business. After several years studying and working in the city, we decided to bet on entrepreneurship in the rural area and develop our life and family project in our hometown, training ourselves to carry out this dream.
